Sardine Tiborna
Ingredients:
2 sardines
2 slices of bread
1 red onion
1/2 red bell pepper
Chopped cilantro
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Passo a passo:
Thaw the sardines.
Once thawed, season with coarse salt.
Grill the sardines on charcoal or a griddle.
In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, add the onion and bell pepper, and cook over low heat without burning.
Season with salt and pepper.
In the same pan, after removing the onion and bell pepper, add a bit more olive oil and fry the bread on both sides until crispy.
Assemble the dish with the onion and bell pepper on the bread, place the sardine fillet on top, and finish with chopped cilantro.
