Fried hake steak
with gazpacho from alentejo

2 slices of hake for frying
200 ml milk
1 lemon
Flour
Breadcrumbs
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1/2 loaf of Alentejo bread
1 liter cold water
Vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper Qb
Passo a passo:
Season the hake slices with milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours
Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes
Break the bread into small pieces
Place the ingredients in a bowl
Season with olive oil, vinegar and salt and oregano
Add the water and adjust the seasoning
Coat the hake first in flour and then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil
Serve with a slice of lemon
