Robalo Grelhado com arroz de tomate
Ingredients:
1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
3 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 glass of white wine
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
250 gr rice
1 sea bass fillet
Olive oil, salt and pepper Qb
Step by Step:
Season the @gelpeixe sea bass fillet with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, the onion, garlic and peppers and sauté.
Add the tomatoes and chilli
Let the tomatoes cook, adding 1/2 a glass of white wine
Add the rice and mix it in
Gradually add hot water to the rice to cook it down so that it becomes mushy
Finish the rice with freshly chopped coriander
Place a drizzle of olive oil on a griddle until very hot
Place the sea bass fillet skin-side down and cook for at least 1 or 2 minutes, using a spatula to turn it over and finish cooking.
Serve with a slice of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil
