Breaded HAKe Wrap
Ingredients:
2 breaded whiting fish fillets
2 wraps
1/2 green apple, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Arugula
100g crushed peanuts
Garlic mayonnaise
Step by Step:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the breaded whiting fish fillets in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
Assemble the wrap by laying down a bed of arugula.
Next, add the whiting fish fillet, followed by the apple and avocado.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and add the garlic mayonnaise.
Use the mayonnaise to help seal the wrap.
